When you visit angielaglecreative.com, our web software collects some basic information about your browser. Examples are things like what type of browser and operating system are you using; how long did you stay on our site; what pages did you look at. This helps us understand how visitors browse our site, so that we can make their experience better.
The only personal information collected about you when you fill out our contact form – is your name, company and email. This information is necessary to respond to your inquiry and contact you.
II. Sharing of personal information
Under no circumstances will Angie Lagle Creative share any personal information that is collected with any third parties or web sites. If you give Angie Lagle Creative permission to send you marketing emails then your email will be used for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list.
III. Newsletter Opt-Out.
If you have chosen to opt into Angie Lagle Creative newsletter or marketing emails and subsequently decide to opt out, there is a simple unsubscribe link in the emails that will enable removal of your information from the list(s).

All the information collected is done so under SSL – a standard internet security measure. Any data stored about you is kept behind a secure firewall in an offline database and is not accessible to the public in any way.
VI. CCPA and the GDPR.
Angie Lagle Creative adheres strictly to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This includes honoring the right to delete, right to opt-out, and right to non-descrimination. Under no circumstances will Wilfred’s Lounge violate the terms of the CCPA.
Additionally, Angie Lagle Creative adheres to the tenets of the European Union’s GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and honors all rights of the data subject (Articles 12 – 23).
